Pilates Instructor

Stomping Ground Studios is currently looking for an experienced Pilates Instructor who is positive, energetic, and friendly to work in our fully equipped Pilates studio.

We require someone who is qualified to teach mat, reformer, trapeze table, chair, and barrels.

This person must be able to work independently, be punctual, friendly, trustworthy, and reliable.

We require someone for the Saturday shift from 8:30am – 12pm to start January 16th 2021 with the possibility of adding other morning or evening shifts during the week.

Customer Service, Administration & Sales Person

Your outstanding customer service will help us to foster happy and loyal customer relationships for years to come. This is a casual position with the potential to grow into a part-time position. You must be good at communicating with and managing children, parents and adults.

You must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and you must be available to work Tuesdays @ 9:30am – 2:30pm with flexibility to work other shifts when required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers.
  • General office administration & reception duties
  • Client care & member retention.
  • Building rapport with prospective clients.
  • Calling leads and signing up new members
  • Customer service, in person, on the phone, over email and messages

Experience in the following is preferable but not essential:

  • Google Drive
  • Wellness Living Software
  • Mailchimp
  • Thunderbird
  • Canva
  • Slack
  • Facebook, Instagram
  • Previous sales experience
