All memberships are no lock in contracts
Initial commitment for all memberships is 4 weeks. After initial 4 weeks, membership can be cancelled anytime with 4 weeks notice given in writing to email@example.com
Payments are by direct debit from your bank account or credit card
Memberships autorenew each month until or unless 4 weeks notice is given in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Memberships can be put on hold in 7 day increments with 7 days notice given in writing to email@example.com
Memberships can be suspended a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.
All memberships will be suspended during our 4 day closure over Easter and our 3 week closure over Christmas/New Year.
Quickpay is the merchant provider for Wellness Living. Dishonour fees will be charged by Quickpay for insufficient funds.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Unused classes do not carryover into the next payment period, classes must be used within the payment period.

In consideration of other clients & our instructors, we require cancellation 12-hours in advance for all group classes or you will be responsible for full class/session payment.
