Classic Flow Mat  

 

PILATES TIMETABLE

(commencing July 21st 2020)

We are offering classes in the studio and online via Zoom (see Zoom instructions below)

We have 5 different group class styles to choose from as well as 1-on-1 Private lessons:

FLOW Mat Class

This is a 50 minute flowing Pilates Mat class, following the instructor through a series of the Classical Pilates exercises with a modern twist.

This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate level participants.

This class is not suitable for those with acute or chronic pain or injuries, women who are post & pre natal and clients with Osteoporosis.  Please try the Breathe & Restore or 1-on-1 classes or contact us for advice on the right class for you.

 

BREATHE Mat Class

This is a 50 minute slower-paced Pilates Mat class with a focus on breathing and restoring balance in the body.

This class is suitable for those with injuries as well as pre and postnatal and anyone who wants to feel the benefits of breathing and moving.

If you are not sure if this is the class for you, please get in touch to discuss your best option.

 

GLOW Barre Class

This is a 50 minute Pilates Barre class is a combination of Pilates Mat exercises and strength & flexibility work at the barre (or the back of a chair, a table, utilising a stable surface in your home).

This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate level participants.

This class is not suitable for those with acute or chronic pain or injuries.  Please try the Breathe & Restore or 1-on-1 classes or contact us for advice on the right class for you.

 

PERSONALISED Equipment Class

This is a 50 minute class on the Pilates Equipment.  Clients are required to complete an Initial Evaluation before joining in the Groups. 
 
Each client will have an individualised workout designed for them by our qualified and experienced instructors. 

Workouts are designed to assist each client in achieving their goals.
 
 
SPRING Reformer Class

This is a 50 minute class on the Pilates Reformer machine.  Clients are required to complete an Initial Evaluation before joining in the Groups. 

 

1-ON-1 PRIVATE LESSONS

Choose between a 30 minute OR 50 minute private Pilates lesson with Pilates Master Instructor Rachel Kennedy.
Dive deep into your specific goals, injury prevention & recovery and general well being. 

These lessons are suitable for all levels of ability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN VIRTUAL CLASSES

All classes are run through Zoom.  
Download the Zoom app here on your phone, tablet or computer.
Click here for a video tutorial on how to use Zoom
We will send out a link to join the class (also known as a Zoom meeting) once you have booked into your classes. 
You can also simply click on the meeting link we send you and Zoom will automatically start.


You will need:
Some floor space preferably in a quiet space
A Pilates or yoga mat (blanket or towel will do also)
Your phone, tablet or laptop
A decent wifi connection

Set up:
Set up your mat sideways to your device
Set up your device up so it is pointing down at you on your mat and far enough away that your whole body fits on the screen
